The TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training & Assessment was released in December 2022, and now supersedes the TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment. The TAE40122 is the newest version of the training and assessment qualification. The nationally recognised Cert 4 Training and Assessment qualification reflects the roles of entry-level vocational education and training (VET) teachers, trainers and assessors, who are delivering training services to vocational learners, and assessment services to candidates. It is designed for those that have relevant industry skills and knowledge, and are looking to actively work in the vocational education sector, or to be a trainer and assessor in their workplace, teaching accredited or non-accredited training.

The TAE40122 is offered as an intensive course through Face to Face delivery at our training locations in Brisbane, on the Gold Coast and Cairns. The TAE40122 is also available via an online intensive course delivered online Live Virtually, via Zoom. The TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training & Assessment can also be completed via the Distance learning self-paced study, delivery option for those wishing to study at their own pace from home with less flexibility to attend classes. Participants have up to 12 months to complete and submit their assessments - please see the FAQs tab for a more detailed explanation of the completion timeframe.
Included, free of charge for all RAM’s TAE students, are fortnightly live Q&A webinars. These webinars, which are optional to attend, provide students with additional support to assist them with completing their home studies. As the recruiting agents for RAM, we are currently recruiting students for the TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment in Brisbane , Gold Coast, Cairns, online virtual and for private group bookings nationwide. (RAM is the RTO you will be enrolled with, and whom will issue your certificate upon successful completion of your course).
NO work placement required – while other providers may require you to source an RTO for work placement to finalise your assessments, our courses have been specifically designed to eliminate the need for this.
If you hold the TAE40110 Certificate IV in Training & Assessment qualification, please check out our Cert IV TAE40116 upgrade course to ensure your vocational training is up to date. Through our upgrade option we can recognise your previous training and upgrade to the TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training & Assessment. This option will enable you to complete a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment fast track. The TAE40116 and the TAE40122 qualifications are equivalent.
